Excellent job. We bought a home and I do not think the carpet had ever been cleaned, the house was 8 years old. We thought we might have to replace the carpet, but decided to clean it first, Colt, our technician from Resto Clean, made our carpet look great. Now we will not have to go to the expense of replacing our carpet.

Owner is extremely unaware of good customer service, Very immature and egotistical. Does not know how to apologize sincerely for being late on the job and trying to make up for it. I specifically arranged a 1st customer of the day time & he was still late. Did not give a sincere apology and griped the entire time when I told him I was not happy. Does not have customer service skills or maturity.

The service I received (cleaning of dryer vent) was prompt, thorough, and professional. I would definitely recommend Resto Clean.

Colt seems to take great pride in his work. Our carpets had very dark high traffic areas that Colt got very clean, it almost look like new carpet. The carpet was worn, but you can't expect anybody to fix what is worn out by just cleaning it. I will definitely call resto clean in a couple years, when I need my carpets cleaned again.
