Resto Clean, is a full-service disaster cleanup and full home remodeling company serving Boise, Meridian, Caldwell and surrounding southwest Idaho areas. Our certified and licensed team of restoration professionals are experts at construction services, water damage cleanup, sewage containment, and cleaning, mold remediation, fire damage cleanup and repair, wind damage, and biohazard/trauma. With 24 hour support year round, we have staff standing by to help. We service both residential and commercial customers. Locally owned and operated company out of Nampa, ID. Full-service restoration, and construction company. Remove Unwanted Water

Honest and efficient-—these guys only do high quality work. They had our water damage taken care of with a much lower bid than anyone else in the valley. I highly recommend Gordon with Resto Clean. He knows what he’s doing. When you’re in a mess, you want someone who will come NOW, is knowledgeable, and, most importantly, is HONEST. This is the only company who has all of those qualities.

Repair Damage from Dry-rot, Water or Pests

Very unprofessional workers, they left a mess here, took 8 months to finish this project.

Hello Beatrez, I have searched all of our records and can only find one job that matches your last name. It was a toilet overflow that we started the cleanup and dry out 2/12/2018 and then billed insurance and left the home 2/15/2018. We have no record of any construction being done at this home. I tried to call to speak with you about this issue but the phone number I have was changed. Please give us a call ASAP at 208-899-4442. We really would like to get this issue cleared up.

We're committed to maintaining a network of trusted home service businesses, and those who don't meet our criteria will be rejected or promptly removed from our network.

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses.

Verify Trade License HomeAdvisor checks to see if the business carries the appropriate state-level license. Verify Insurance As a part of our screening process, we encourage professionals to carry general liability insurance. We require coverage for hundreds of services. Verification of State Business Filings For business types that require a Secretary of State filing, we confirm that the business is in good standing in the state in which it is located. Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
