Chris was great. We had a few consecutive days of rain, so project got delayed. Chris stayed in contact and let me know when he planned on coming back. Afterwards, he even came back an applied a second coat of product on my deck because the coloring wasn't evenly displaced. Overall... very pleased with Wood Renew and highly recommend him.
