Very professional. Franklin and his coworker texted me to let me know their approximate arrival time. They quickly assessed the work to be done, and were efficient and competent in the installation of ceiling fans, bathroom hardware, and large TV mounting. They were polite throughout the day, and effectively problem-solved an unexpected issue. I recommend them without reservation!!

They were very professional, friendly and flexible... they arrived on time. I added a couple of additional tasks when they got here, which they readily accepted - they were careful, cleaned up after themselves and were very easy to work with... slightly on the pricey side, but there were two workmen, so the divided and conquer! I would recommend them and would hire them again.

I had them install 3 ceiling fans, 6 ceiling speakers, 2 security lights, 3 coach lights, a pendant light that was 20 ft high, and reverse the swing on a door which required completely rehanging it. The two of them were able to complete the jobs in one (extended) day for a great price. I plan to use them again in the near future for other projects around my house and rental properties. I highly recommend!

Franklin Chacon is the nicest, most professional, experienced handyman I have ever met! Everything from his quote to his work ethic was superior! He performed all tasks thoroughly and even cleaned up after himself. His helper also did a fantastic job. I am so happy that I found Franklin and will hire him again for any other handyman projects I may have in the future!
