Everything was fantastic! Great family business, When they said they would call or come, they followed through. Truly professional and courteous, their love and knowledge of the business is evident. We had a decent understanding of what was going on with our water going in, and they didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. The install was timely, efficient and the space was left exactly as it was found. They explained how it all worked, the little maintenance we would need to do, and the products have a great warranty ( and are made in the US). I believe that if we ever needed to call them for anything, they would respond in the same manner. The price was what we expected and very reasonable for what we received . I work in a customer service field so I may be harder to please than others but I can honestly say that if we could give them more starts we would! I recommend them to anyone that needs this service!

Mark and his son have great understanding of well water purification. The system they recommended and installed takes up almost zero room, is totally silent and works perfectly, all with no upkeep on my end. There is no more color or odor in my well water and I can now feel comfortable drinking and bathing in my beautiful cabin! Thanks Guys!

Father and Son both are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The only "issue" is the cost of a reliable efficient water softener (everything seems to cost more than expected these days).
