This father and son team are remarkable! The father Mark, a very stand up man, very honest and direct. No dog and pony show, no trying to get you into unnecessary stuff. He show's up, does his tests, goes over the results, and clearly explains to you what the best solutions are. His son does the installations. A very knowledgeable and experienced man, knows the chemistry of it all, and does a great job at covering everything with you. They have a very honest family business and are very good with customer service. Im happy I got a water expert and not a plumber, or a "jack of all trades" company to take care of a water quality problem. Make sure you consult with them before you have your water treatment installed by anyone else. They also offer a great value, so you cannot go wrong.

We shopped around with about 4 companies for a water softening system. Mark came out to the house, answered all our questions and spent quite a bit of time going through options - didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need - but thought we did b/c another "big" company tried to sell it to us (we've never needed a water softener in our previous home and were in uncharted waters). Didn't try to sell us a monthly service as others had etc. James came out and installed the system - He was neat, efficient, went over our questions before he left. We had a question the next day and Mark got back to us in 10 min. The quality of our water has dramatically improved. This is a wonderful local, family business,

Mark came and gave me an evaluation on my softener and reverse osmosis system, including a water test for both systems. He said that both systems were working properly and didnâ t need service at this time. I assured him that I would call his office when my R/O system was due for a filter change. I was totally happy with his explanation of when service should be done, according to our usage. I will be using his service in the very near future and would highly recommend his company.

Mark was outstanding! They were prompt, answered phone calls the first time, communication is outstanding. They are very knowledgeable, even after installation they continued to answer any and all questions in a courteous and Proffesional manner. The water before the installation was brown, and un-drinkable, after the install the water is crystal clear with no issues. I am a very demanding customer with high expectations and I would absolutely recommend this company.
