Inherited system from previous homeowner. Was originally installed and"maintained" by big name company who spent most of time trying to sell me new furnace/hot water heater. After two years of this and a lot of $$$ I had enough and called Remarkable. Mark was quickly on site, evaluated system which was barely working and tested water which was poor quality. Remarkable removed old system, installed new and had us up and running in a few hours with safe quality water and amazing water pressure. The new system cost less than the previous company charged for two "maintenance" trips in two years. For over 40 years I've dealt with many companies/trades and Remarkable is one of the best. Honest, professional, quality workmanship.

Responded almost immediately. Checked out our water softener filtration system for no charge (first visit). Tested water and recommended we wait a year or two before refurbishing or replacing system.

I recently contacted Remarkable Water Solutions because my town switch from reservoir water to well water. I was looking for a company that installed water softeners, as the new water was extremely hard and had a strong chlorine smell. Contact with the company was easy and quick. Mark was able to come by and test my water within 24 hours of my first contact. After speaking with Mark, I decided to install the system. His son, James, installed the system two days later. Both Mark and James were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They patiently answered all of my many questions. The work was done cleanly and accurately. I already referred my sister, who is also happy with the job. I look forward to continued excellent customer service.
