Recently, I needed to replace the AC condenser unit, and I turned to Reliable Service NYC. I was very pleased with the quality of the work done. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and quickly replaced the faulty unit. All the work was done professionally and neatly. After the replacement, the air conditioner works perfectly, and I can enjoy the cool air in my home again. I have an Irish Setter named Ginger at home, who is usually very cautious with strangers. However, with Grigory, it was different. Ginger immediately showed interest in him and stayed by his side throughout the work. This was surprising, as Ginger rarely warms up to new people so quickly. If my Ginger trusted Grigory, I highly recommend his services to you as well.

I have a 10-year-old gas furnace, and when the cold weather started, I noticed that the heat wasn't coming through the registers. I was worried that I might need to replace the entire system, but a friend recommended Gregory to me. He came over and fixed my furnace, and now it works as well as it did before. We also arranged for him to replace my old gas water heater. I definitely recommend Gregory for the best and most reliable service in the market.

Greg was great! He fixed my 7 year old ductless AC that was leaking and had cooling issues. He is very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my AC issues when another company was telling me the whole system needed to be replaced. Highly recommend!
