Initial meeting was pleasant. Came to my house within reasonable time frame. Did not finish work for days instead of one or two days as promised. Then cause damage to part of statue inside pool and had a hole in new screen placed. Did not come back for weeks. Left heavy ladder inside the swimming pool area for days. When called, not very polite. Will not use this again and not recommend to anyone

This job was completed in August 2016. Records are kept on every job and there are no notes in our files reference any type of complaint or damage done to this customer?s property. We have been unable to locate any records the customer was unhappy or any calls received, had the customer had contacted us, we could have corrected the situation promptly.

I was surprised that only one person came to screen in my patio. The arrived late; however, I knew there was a delay in getting my materials only after I sent an email to inquire as to the status since they were so late. The job couldn't be completed by one person in one day. I'd still recommend this company based on the workmanship and courtesy of the technician.

I had a small job that other companies didn't call back to follow up. Reliable returned my call and set up my appointment and came within the time specified. The job was completed in a professional manner and timely. I would not hesitate to call them in the future.

The screen enclosure work was well done and the cleanup was done well also. The power washer was not well directed as to the scope of work. There was no on site supervision or follow-up by the owner.
