Reliable Screens responded to my request for a quote very quickly. They were professional and courteous. The field team arrived in the appropriate safety gear requested by me and did exceptional work.

I contacted Reliable Screens after a referral from Home Advisor. I signed a contract to have our lanai rescreened on May 3 2017. I paid half of the cost that day ($850.00) They did the work on May 10, 2017, at which time I paid the balance ($850.00) Weeks later I called for service because the seams were coming apart in one section. It took many calls to the office to actually get someone out. Promises of returned calls and someone coming out "this week" went on for about 4-6 weeks. It happened again after someone finally came out to do the repair. After many calls I was told that we have two different types of lanai framing and this will keep happening. I asked why I was not told initially that this would be a problem. They said they did not know until day of work. Why was I not informed then? No good answer. Two to three weeks ago it came loose again. They were rude when I called. Last week they sent out someone who "puts fires out". He told me there was some work that could be done to fix the problem. I told them to do it but I was not paying for it. He called his boss and he said they would provide the materials but I would have to find someone else to do the work. At this time I was told my warranty was voided (3 years)! They were not interested in doing any more work for me. I felt like they did not want to deal with me from the first time I called. The person who came out last week July 25th said he could come out Saturday July 29 and do the work himself for $50. The office said OK. He never showed up or called.
Response from Company:
The rescreening of her enclosure was in May, 2017. She contacted us a few days later stating we had destroyed her gutter guard. During this conversation she yelled at us throughout the entire conversation. An attempt to send either an installer or manager to her property was made several times without success. Every time we tried to coordinate a day with her she said that day or time didn't work for her and that we were not allowed on her property unless she was there. When we were able to get out there in June we explained the gutter guard that was installed on her gutters was in fact chicken coop wire and there was no way to lay it down flat for that very reason it's chicken coop wire. The manager brought with him what is actually gutter guard and she advised she would like to move forward with the job. We told her at that time we were booked out for 6 weeks. She did not have a problem with the time frame and told us to put it on schedule. During that whole interaction the customer constantly rolled her eyes at the manager. We were surprised she even wanted to move forward. During the six week timeframe a panel came loose. She called weekly yelling at us, demanding we come immediately even though we didn't have access to her property unless she was there. We had another manager call her to let her know of a time frame when we were going to come out and fix her warranty. She again yelled at him the entire time until he told her he would longer talk to her unless she changed her tune. He told her we would honor her warranty but was not interested in the gutter guard job. We were able to send installers out there the next week and fixed her issue. She has not tried to contact us since that time.

Pricing is based on location of screens. The higher through screen, the higher the cost.
