They came out and did not complete the lawn clean-up. They said they would be right back but did not come back even after speaking with him and he said he would come back the next morning. Mike started great! Came over during the time frame discussed, began vacuuming up our leaves at the curb as discussed. Awesome!! After about 5-10 minutes, he said his truck was full and he needed to go dump the leaves on his truck before he could finish our job. No problem! Said he would be right back. He did not come back or answer our phone calls that day. That evening, he texted saying he would be back first thing in the morning. He did not return the next day. He continues to not answer our phone calls. Luckily we did not pay anything yet. Now we are stuck with our leaves on our curb with no one to remove them.

I'm new to using Ree-Liable Lawns. Mike contacted me, made the work appointment and arrived as agreed. His work was exceptional, he's polite, and provides great customer service. I'm more than happy with the work performed. I'm hoping for a long time using this service. Sincerely, Marty May
