I'm writing a review before the work has begun...I must be losing my mind, in a good way!!!! Hunter and Jack came by after we found RebuildIt on the SMUD recommended list. Their goal was to make a sale and they worked with us really hard to reach an agreeable price. They continued to work with us as details emerged while going over the contract (window options, insulation, etc.). They still made the phone calls to adjust the prices up and down. RebuildIt is a serious company that is licensed, handles the permits, and is capable of being accountable after the job is done. Jack and Hunter were very patient with our requests and accommodated the last minute changes to get the contract signed. We all had some flattery, jokes, and anecdotes bringing pleasantry to what is supposed to be a chore. They are solid salespeople and we look forward to the finished work.
