Got cleaned recently and WOW are they expensive. Not only are they expensive but their customer service is severely lacking. Every single problem I had they created a larger one. I think this company is being run by some kind of scammer because they seem to take your money and run once they have it.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The company fit me in last minute because I had a company cancel. The person that called and scheduled with me was very kind and did her best to make the schedule work for me. Julie and Sarah B. did an exceptional job cleaning my home. They did more than I expected. My home feels clean and smells great. I definitely recommend them.

This was the worse money I?ve ever spent. I?d love to share photos of how disgusting my house is still after 2.5 hours of cleaning and $238 later. I hired them to clean our empty brand new home as I was 39 weeks pregnant and knew I wouldn?t be able to do the labor before moving in. First floor hardwood was never vacuumed or mopped, kitchen cabinets may have been wiped down but not cleaned there was grease and grime on everything cabinet still. Soap scum in the half bath that easily came up with a little soap and water. Dust on mirror and lighting fixtures and floor not vacuumed, or mopped. Kitchen drawers where garbage cans were had food still caked on. Built in wine rack never touched. Fireplace was never touched, stairs to 2nd floor were never touched. I could go in but I?m too furious to list this out. I did call and explain my issue. They said they would send the same women back out, but why would I waste my time and I have a 2 day old child. They refunded me $50 which I feel is okay, but not sufficient. I had to have my mom clean for me since I can?t but I?d rather give my mom the $238 i wasted. I will never use this company again and may not trust home advisor with a suggestion for cleaning.
