This was the first time this company cleaned for me. They did an average job on the floors. Hopefully it will improve as they begin a regular biweekly cleaning. KL

It’s a pleasure to have these workers in my house. Friendly and efficient. No complaints from me.

Totally a disappointment. First, owner Bridgett worked so hard to get my business, I.e., repeat calls until we connected. But she never called back afterwards to see how her employees did! Right from the beginning they disrespected my home by wearing dirty shoes into my house where we all leave shoes at the door. Any visitors always ask if they should remove their shoes. Again, didn’t want to embarrass them but wanted to observe their methods. The Master bedroom was not dusted (young girl who had NO idea how to clean) dusted using an old ragged feather duster that didn’t clean anything just moved dust around. Neither the Master or second bathroom were cleaned well, with the floors not even damp mopped and toothpaste residue UNDER the holder! And there was not even a whiff of cleaner after they were done..mainly because no cleaner such as Pine Sol were used, even though I was initially asked if this cleaner was acceptable and I said yes!. Why bother to ask if not using! Would never rehire for all of these reasons!!!
