Jesse was great - we needed windows cleaned on short notice and he came over right away to give an estimate and was able to do the job in our time frame. Windows look great!!

Jesse was awesome - very prompt with the initial phone call, quick and accurate estimate, communicated with me about incoming weather and if I wanted to reschedule so that I'd be happy with the work. The day of the appointment they arrived early, the work was excellent, and our windows are beautiful now! We will definitely use regularly.

I have a small rancher and I had listed the window sizes in my request and also gave him the sizes over the phone and asked him an approx price he would charge. He gave me a price which I had expected the cost to be close to what would be charged. There were 2 people they came when I was at work did the job and turned in a bill 3 times his quoted price. My husband told them what I was told the quote was they said i miss understood. Sorry I did not. I can maybe see being off by a 1/3 or eve 1/2 but 3 times it was a rip off. And some of the windows have streaks and the screens on the back of the house don't look like they cleaned them. Not at all happy. so with what we paid and the time they were here they made $45/hour each. Wish I could get paid $45/hour. I feel they took advantage of us as we are seniors.

I apologize that you were not happy with the overall experience you had. As far as the quality of work I wish you would have contacted us so we could come out and make it correct to your expectations. Yes you had left a window count on the Home Advisor app with measurements but with those measurements they were a window as a whole, we charge per pane, not by the window as a whole. I apologize there was a miscommunication between the two of us on how I charge. Over the phone I had explained that I charge $5 per pane for inside and out with the screens and tracks included. I would love to come out and make the situation right.

Jesse and his partner were very friendly and professional. Have many old windows and they were able to remove the storm windows without any concern. The price was reasonable and the windows look great! I will be using Jesse for all my future window cleaning. I highly recommend Jesse and his team! Great guys to work with...
