This service provider was horrible to work with. Was hired through my home warranty company. Didn?t show up for my scheduled appointment. Ignored my calls and then canceled my service call. When I called the following day, Danielle placed me on hold, twice, for over 30 minutes. I would never do business with Rashad?s. My first experience with this company was terrible. Never again!

We were getting uncontrollable heat upstairs. I replaced the thermostat but it made no difference.' Rashad arrived and immediately diagnosed that the damper controlling the upstairs heating was stuck so when we raised the thermostat for our lower level, the heat was directed to upstairs. After his diagnosis, he was able to replace the damper and all was functioning properly. Rashad was a pleasure to work with. He provided advise about preparing my HVAC system for winter and summer and made no attempt to "upsell" non-related issues.

Rashad is a great guy, he found a solution to our problem that worked for us, was quick and responsive and was on site doing the job within a day of contacting him. You know when a man puts his name on the company and then shows up himself to do the job that he’s THERE FOR IT. Would highly recommend.

I absolutely would recommend Rashad AC and Heating because of the type of person Rashad is. My grandparents needed brand new units and Rashad jumped right on it to have a person out the next day! Amazing! I cannot wait to continue to do business with this talented guy. We actually went to school together and seeing him prosper in his passion is inspiring.
