3 large trees remove and root Later I found out that Tree roots was not grinding down and started to grow back I called the company they said they were coming to grind and cut the root and never came so please be Aware Make sure you put in contract don't go by their word what they're going to do make sure everything is in contract. I am a Senior and they took advantage of me Please be aware.

They were efficient, did a quick job and cleaned up well. Nice to work with.

Very nice, personable. Listened to needs, talked eith neighbors whose trees were growing over on my side to get them to remove them to fix the overgrowth. Made everything easy. Cleaned up afterwards leaving no trace that they were there.

Excellent job! The estimate was done on Wednesday and negotiated and the job was completed on Friday. The tree was hanging over the wall onto the neighbors yard and the team asked the neighbors if they could enter their yard to remove the tree safety. The neighbors were agreeable and happy that the tree was being removed. The tree grew over to my yard from the next door neighbor and grew out of control and was creating damage on my property. So happy that tree is gone and won’t come back because because we had it grind. As the company assured that grinding the tree would keep it from returning. They even cut all the roots that grew in the grass. Excellent job! I would definitely recommend Rancho Landscape & Tree Care.

We got off to a rough start negotiating the price for this service. Finally, he made it affordable. The work was done to my satisfaction. NOTE: I had to have them run the blower again to complete the cleanup of the walkway by my door. I encourage a bit more attention to detail to show your customers pride in your work which can get you more clients. Thanks.

Felix was great - early for our estimate appointment, and his guys were able to do the job the same day. Gave me a very fair price for 3 tree removals including stumps and trimming of another tree. They were in and out in 45 minutes, including clean up. Felix even called to follow up and to make sure I was happy with the job. I will definitely call Rancho Tree Care in the future.
