Friendly, responsive and thorough

The work was sloppy and is now coming undone. Very cheap materials were used. Safety is now an serious issue. Will now have to hire another company to correct the horrible job that these guys did. One of the workers was drunk and urinated on the side of my property. The price was ridiculously absurd, had to negotiate and they showed me pictures of another companies work. Do not hires these people. You will unfortunately and eventually regret it. I regret not thoroughly researching them. It is frightening to know that they own rental properties.

My experience was great. The communication was great. They called me back immediately and came the same day to give me a quote that was not outrageous. They were on time when they were scheduled to do the job. They work fast and efficiently. I will definitely be calling them back for more of my home improvements and will recommend them to others. I'm happy I found this company. If I could give them 100 stars I would.

Excellent work done very satisfied customer

They were very nice and easy to work with. They did the job but I wish they would have worked 4hrs as opposed to the 2hrs they stayed. I was a little disappointed with the amount of work they did for the money in 2hrs. I thought they would work for 4hrs. I liked how they patched the most crucial part of the seawall but there are areas on the other side that could have used cement. I felt they got a better deal than me. What do you think, I got 3 men for 2 hrs and cement for $1500.

My experience was perfect. I was informed every step of the process of what was going to be done. The guys @Rajan Real Estates, LLC were on time, finished the with care and courtesy.

Quality work

Very business conscious. They were here to start work at 8;30 a.m till 5:30 p.m or later. They took one hour lunch on premises. They clean up afterward. Everyone is courteous and polite. Excellent price. I would highly recommend!!

Over 32 years of experience shows in their work, these guys know what they are doing. They were willing to work with my budget and accommodate me. Glad I met these hardworking folks!
