Job was done quickly and expertly. Installer was great and was even early because of a cancellation. Was called on a Sunday morning 3hrs after I put in the request via the app. Using a Radon Eye system I can see the radon level is down.

Radon Systems contacted me letting me know they would be able to arrive early if I was available which was great. Dave walked me through every step of the way explaining what he would be working on as well as what I needed to monitor in the future. He provided his suggestions on where to install the radon mitigation system and went out of his way to accommodate any requests. I was provided with a prepaid test kit to mail back and was told about the lifetime guarantee. They offer excellent service at a great price, and I highly recommend this company.

Timely, professional and courteous. They pay very close attention to detail with special consideration to aesthetics, location and access. Also they reviewed all my requests against all my options and discussed how they could meet my needs. Extremely satisfied with the install. After the system was installed, the subsequent testing revealed a radon level of 2.7 from the original 8.0-9.0. Radon Systems guaranteed me the resulting reading would be below a 2.0 level. Since the reading came back at 2.7 they sent a technician back to my home and he spent quite a bit of time sealing where the basement floor meets the basement walls and inspecting and sealing any other cracks etc. After a second subsequent testing the resulting radon is at a 1.4 level. Perfect follow up and committed to their word of below a 2.0 level. Great job Radon Systems LLC.

The tech from Radon Systems showed up, examined the situation, explained what he needed to do, and did it. No drama. The radon reading in our new basement went from 16 pCi/L to 0.5 pCi/L.
