Going to be straight forward. Tech came on time, was very polite and informative. Explained everything in terms that I understood. Got the job done and did everything he said he would do in the time he said it would be done. He then brought me outside and in the basement to show me everything I needed to know about the system. He also spoke very highly of his boss which shows his employer takes very good care of his employees which in turn assures they are happy doing their job. I would recommend Radon Systems to all my friends and family.

Extremely great experience! They came within a few days of me calling them. The tech showed up a few minutes early, explained everything to me. The process didn't take nearly as long as I expected. After he was done, he showed me everything, what to look for, how to run the follow up test and was very friendly and professional and cleaned up! Pre-system reading was 13.2, post system is 0.6. Couldn't be happier, satisfied customer and highly recommend.
