Very responsive and easy to schedule. Timely and fairly thorough communication. Showed up on time, and installation was done well and in a timely manner. Post-installation test were provided and instructions explained well. However, I wasn't informed that the crawl space under part of my house wouldn't be addressed by the radon system being installed until the day of the installation. Only the full basement portion would be addressed and tested (even though the crawl space is connected to the full basement section). I completed the planned installation, but now I need to run another separate radon test just for my crawl space. While on-site, I was provided with lots of detailed information about additional potential solutions and recommendations to address the crawl space going forward.

John came the same day I called him and showed up earlier than I was expecting. He gave me a quote and recommended that it would be a good idea to replace the piping above the fan motor on the radon system which I agreed on with him. He did the job and was explaining every step of the way as he did the job and he cleaned up very well.
