Response to a quotation was swift. All questions were answered satisfactorily. scheduling was very easy and the instillation of the system was went without a glitch. End result? Radon reading, according to my airthings detector, is decreasing. Added benefit, the basement doesn't smell 'damp' anymore! Good Job!

The technician installed the system quickly and with quality...and left the space neat and clean. Very satisfied customer here!

I have not seen the project yet

I wish all my projects had gone this easily! John was very responsive with answering my questions and communicating with me online as I preferred. There was only 1 visit involved. The guy (don't recall his name, not John the owner) was early, at the house before I was! He took a look around and made a suggestion of where to put the system, we discussed noise and he suggested we keep it away from the area where we would be putting in a patio. Any concern of noise from inside was silly because you can't even barely hear a thing! The job was done neatly and quickly, I was very impressed. 1 guy and he was done in less then 2 hours! He showed me the system, what to look for if there were any problems, let me with 2 kits to test the levels. Did not try to talk me into spending more money at all, I was open to the idea of an interior installation, and thought maybe we may need 2 separate areas serviced and he said go with this and see how it is and if you need more, we can come back, but it might be fine. So, that was cool! I'd absolutely recommend, and I'm happy to work with a very local company.

Dave came over and finished the job in three hours, exactly as promised. He was friendly and did a great job on the installation.

During our home inspection, we learnt that our Radon reading was way above the safety line. After reading many reviews on HomeAdvisor and Angie's List, I called Radon Systems, LLC and another company recommended by HomeAdvisor. I didn't get through for both calls, but John called me a few minutes later. We discussed my situation and John patiently answered a lot of my questions -- probably way too many. I felt he is genuine, honest, and forthcoming. And, his estimate was right within my budget. So, I decided immediately to schedule an appointment. In between the first call and the appointment day, we douched on basis in a couple of emails, and John was always very responsive. On that day, I was just getting downstairs when I saw a van parked at my garage door. Then, I saw a young man in his earlier 20's getting things out of the van, and later I learnt it was Nick. Nick was just as professional and knowledgeable as John. He was very quick and efficient, getting in and out in just 2 hours. Initially, he spent some time looking around my basement, examining the unfinished areas and trying to find a best spot for running the pipes. After some discussions, he suggested a corner place where the pipe would be less visible, and it turned out to be a great choice. I was working on the first floor, and in just about an hour, I found the pipe had already been installed. He was very careful and considerate, putting down plastic covers on my white carpet. The next thing I knew, he was getting everything done and inviting me for a final review. He answered my questions very clear and professional and pointed out a few things I need to know to run a confirmation radon testing. Did I mention the confirmation testing is completely FREE? I have to say that his job looks absolutely GREAT! I made the payment, and gave him some tips for his nice job. I joked about his age being too young, and I learnt that he has been helping installing radon mitigation system for years. Just want to thank John and Nick for their professionalism. If you need radon services, don't hesitate to give them a call. Highly recommended!
