The only negative comment is that, due to the summer season and multiple project, start of the project was rescheduled once. Everything else was well done once the requirements were firmly established.

Everyone should use this vendor!!! The price was reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done. He and his help did excellent job and were very friendly.

I am out of state and needed this work done on our son's house. Roland was able to get there and complete within 2 days. It looks good to me. He even did some preventative caulking and included that in the fee for the repair. I would feel comfortable having Roland do other work even from across the country.

Rolando came out and gave me an estimate when it was convenient for me, and I thought the price was great for the work he was going to do. I scheduled for him and his crew to do the job and I couldn't be happier. Not only did he fix on what we agreed on, but he also fix other planks in my fence while he was waiting for cement to dry at no extra charge. Great work at a reasonable price!!!

Prompt, professional. This can be a very shady business with storm chasers posing as experienced roofers. These guys were legitimate.
