"There was one mistake made on the cross rails. I partly own it as my mistake by not putting this in writing. We wanted red western cedar and pressure treated cedar was used. However, the owner addressed the issue by deducting the costs of those supplies and it's fine. These guys are honest, upfront, nothing hidden about underlying costs that may be incurred once the job starts, fast, and the quality of their work is exceptional. There was another item that needed to be addressed with the gates and they came back after payment was made in full and addressed the item. I would use them again in a heartbeat."
