Write a ReviewPierre quoted me $600 to hook up the electrical portion of a new tankless water heater and requested $200 upfront, which I paid. Prior to the installation day, I sent him a link to the water heater on Amazon so he could understand that we needed to add a 60-amp double pole breaker using 6-gauge wire. Before he started the work, I showed him the manual that came with the new water heater so he would know what was required. Once he was finished, I noticed that he had NOT availed himself of the information I provided and instead merely hooked up the new water heater using the existing 30-amp double pole breaker and whatever the existing wire gauge was used by our now-removed tank-style electric water heater. When I pointed this out, he then looked at the manual and agreed he had hooked things up incorrectly. At this point he said that he would need to get the required materials from Home Depot and that the cost of this install would be an additional $250! Although Pierre was polite enough about it all and allowed me to coordinate his schedule with the plumber we hired to do the plumbing portion of the job, I felt disappointed that he had not looked at the information I had provided so he would have obtained whatever materials would be required ahead of time and for the initially agreed-upon price. He also quoted me $3,500 to replace our existing main breaker box which may be in line with other estimates (I have not yet gotten other quotes) but I do not feel confident that he would not get part-way through and suddenly realize that an additional part would be needed for an additional fee. My advice for those seeking to hire Pierre would be to make sure you both are absolutely clear on exactly what the job entails. This really applies to any job with any contractor.
They did a fantastic job, for a reasonable price
Mr Bernard was very knowledgeable, fast and friendly, did an excellent job and we will use them again for future jobs.?We highly recommend them as their cost was reasonable and came at a moment’s notice when promised.
Pierre was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. Really went above and beyond to provide excellent service.
I have a wifi switch to be installed to my pool heater system so I can turn on/off the pool heater remotely. Pierre responded to my project in a matter of minutes and scheduled the first meeting to the same day. It didn't take much explanation from me for him to understand what is to be done. And the project was completed within a few days. I appreciate the smooth interaction and fast response. Highly recommend!
Pierr the electrician was great , showed on time and know what he is doing in a very professional manner I already recommended him to all family members and friends
Pierre and his team were extremely professional and courteous changing out our outdated electric panel yesterday. They did exactly what he said they’d and more. Very punctual and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend R&L Power Solutions and if necessary would call them in a heartbeat.
Did a great job in installing our bathroom fan as well as installing a new light fixture over our bathtub.
Appointment was made for the following day. Bernard arrived within 45 minutes of the scheduled time. Cost went up by $50. because of the material the fixture was attached to
Quick response and was able to fix my problem efficiently.
