This contractor is unreliable. They gave a quote for $1650. One of the fans is 72 inches fan. Initially got a quote for $500 for all fans and then when they come out quoted me $650 and they decided for additional $125. They try to change the price because the fan is 72 inches. This company is not trustworthy and totally unprofessional. If you work with this company make sure they honor the contract.

Pierre was our technician. He was great! His communication was prompt and to the point. The pricing was competitive. He took time to ask for our expectation before he began. We had a chandelier installed. I was so tired of the original builder grade piece we’ve had since we bought the house. I plan to use this company in the near future.

Did a great job replacing my bathroom exhaust fan and replacing 2 outlets I had in my bathrooms. I was glad to have his expertise, as a previous contractor had messed up wiring on one of my GFCI outlets. Pierre had the knowledge and skills to fix all my issues. Thanks Pierre!

Pierre is down to earth and is willing to work according to your schedule. The only criticism is that he didn't clean up the screws and other pieces afterwards.

Quickly contacted and given a range of price. After comparing to other estimates we choose R&L. They were able to come next day and completed the work efficiently and professionally.
