"Hilda came out to check our AC system as we were interested in changing our flexible AC ducts. Hilda told us what she would do, she went up into the attic, took pictures and came back to us and explained what she had found. I asked that she check for "pinched" AC ducts as some rooms in the house were not getting much air. We found out that some of the ducts were not properly installed; she found mold/mildew on the outside of some of the ducts and she showed us photos of where some of the duct installation was worn out. Because of her thoroughness on just the inspection of the ducts, we hired Pronto Service Pros to do the job. Hilda was very knowledgeable about her job. Hilda and Phil came out to install the new ducts and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves, took all the old material and did the job in a day and a half. Hilda was the only one to call after reaching out to home advisor. We had called another service on our own and the individual who came out, went up the stairs to the attic, stayed in that area and gave us an estimate almost double of what Pronto Service Pros did. Her thoroughness in checking on the job was the major reason we gave the job to Pronto Service Pros. We have been happy with the change in air quality and quantity since the replacement of the flexible air ducts. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future for other issues."
