"I hired zavza seal to finish my basement and I am pleased with their work. I have dealt with many contractors over the years, unfortunately these experiences are often full of frustration and stress. Not the case with Zavza seal, they are completely professional and put the customer first. Anderson and his crew were courteous, hard working, and efficient. They came when they said they would and cleaned up everyday. Jake was the project manager for this job, he is an honorable man and very easy to work with. He was onsite every day from the estimate to the finishing touches. There was constant communication, I knew what the plan was each day and he was always very responsive to any questions. I've had other pm's disappear to other jobs, or push me toward doing things in a way that was easiest for them. Jake was very collaborative, and his focus was completing the project to our satisfaction. Midway through the work I asked for a couple of changes that were not in the original estimate (storage room and laundry shelving). Zavza added them in at no extra cost. My house is old and presented challenges with regard to the floor and ceiling joists. The crew took the time to do things the right way without shortcuts. Jake came out and worked a full Saturday and Sunday to ensure that the ceiling was right and the project was finished on time. Not many companies take pride in their work like this these days. It was refreshing to see. My basement is now the nicest room in the house. Zavza Seal went above and beyond and I wholeheartedly recommend them."

"We just had a roof done by home genius exteriors. We started with Justine at our door setting up an appointment for someone to tell us about the process. The next day Dan came and explained how the company works. He even crawled around our attic to show us the damage. Within 2 days our roof was in the process of being installed. Zach the project manager stopped by 3 times during that day to see how the work was being done. What a professional company. Everyone that we spoke to or met was very professional and friendly,. Frankie came to the house the next morning and worked on my Oil Steam Burning Boiler for hrs, you can barely find anyone that can work on these anymore. He cleaned it out, checked every radiator in the home, explained everything to me, clean the bathroom, his work, And is extremely fair in pricing."

"Richard who is the owner of this business is an incredibly knowledgeable guy and very easy to work with. He is a young guy who is very patient, and will take the time to explain the entire project to you. When I told him I needed to have the insulation installed as soon as possible to be finished before the holidays, he found a way to adjust his busy schedule to begin work 2 days earlier than anticipated. Him and his team did a great job soundproofing our basement, and his prices were the best that I have seen, and I got many estimates. He even told me that if I didn't choose him for the job, he would still give me discount prices on construction materials that he gets from his warehouse. After he completed the job, he recommended other ideas to improve the soundproofing and aesthetics of the basement, and offered to email pictures of certain items that he thought would look nice in the basement. "Working with Chortani Services has been incredibly easy. The owner is responsive, tech-savvy, accommodating, and polite. He has decades of experience as an electrical engineer and that has translated into a great deal of expertise in home heating engineering. To top it off, he does not send other engineers to do the job. You are dealing with the expert directly. We needed Chortani specifically, to repair the heating system in our three floor home. The heat -for inexplicable reasons- was completely out on the first floor. We had only recently moved into the home, so were very unfamiliar with our systems. Within minutes of inspecting, Chortani was able to identify the issue and recognize the systems/connections in our heating/AC/vent structure. Incredibly satisfied by both Homeadvisor.com and Chortani Services! We're very warm and toasty as a result :)"

"I live in a split that was built in the 70's. The room above the garage always felt like a meatlocker. The salesman said that I need to insulate the garage ceiling and attic floor. My first impression of the company from the salesman was that I didn't like the pressured sales pitch (if you don't sign the contract today we will have to charge you a LOT more) but given my choices I signed. The installers came by as scheduled, explained everything that was going to be done, did the work great & clean and were extra friendly. Today it snowed - the drafts stopped everywhere and the room is warm. Boiler doesn't run for long and turns off quicker."
