I called Frank the next morning after finding his business on BBB. He was able to inspect my home. He determined we did not have an animal in the attic which was music to my ears! He suggested that the sound may be coming from air conditioning machinery. He then inspected the deck and treated it with a dust that was designed to get rid of the bee situation.He guaranteed his work for three months. "Michael was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and experienced - and friendly. I hired him on the spot (which was a Friday) and work began the following Monday. There is clear evidence that the treatment he applied is working. He put out just under 20 additional bait traps around the perimeter of the house which he will come back and periodically check to determine if additional treatments are necessary. Although it has been less than 2 weeks since I first met Michael have have no reason to believe that he is anything other than the type of quality contractor I would want having my back.
