Customer service was good, after installation was complete, I noticed several instances of poor workmanship. Poor Connections badly sealed up with caulk and non-code compliant electrical connections. After installation was complete, I requested another test be done for level improvements, he agreed for a 48 hour reading, he came back the next day( under 24 hours) to pick up his unit. I received an assessment later that day explaining that I had gone from an average of 27 to 2, I feel that is inaccurate because it was sucking air from my garage, not my basement, due to poor connections. The builder of my home provided a 2â conduit from my sump pit for radon, Radon Mitigation Masters told me it all needed to be run in 4â , after reviewing his work, I noticed he ran 3â . I feel like Iâ ve been duped out of $1300.00 and now I will be re-doing the work performed with additional cost. I wish I could upload pictures of the installation. I would not recommend this company.
