"I hired Maria and her team to clean my very large and very dirty house. Before she cleaned, our bathrooms were dirty, the toilets had stains inside, our hardwood floors hadnt been properly cleaned in years and it really was a huge job. She went above and beyond anything i could have expected. Our bathrooms and toilets were gleaming white, which must have taken hours. She even cleaned the dirt and lint out of our air vents, organized miscelaneous items that i left on top of a bunk bed so that she could clean, straightened up bookshelves, cleaned behind our couch, and really did an amazing job. We had not planned to continue her services beyond a one time cleaning but when we saw the huge difference, we decided to have her clean regularly. Her price is VERY reasonable and for our one time cleaning (which took 4 people 9 hours!!) i think she didnt charge enough. Maria takes pride in her work and that is hard to come by in a larger cleaning service."

"Best Chimney Services LLC installed a stainless-steel flue liner and a cap/damper at the top of the chimney. The finished product, from the cap/damper at the top of the chimney, down the liner in the chimney to the firebox at the bottom is picture perfect. Even the concrete crown was perfectly molded with no concrete mess anywhere. Chris Hernandez and his helper arrived on time and got right to work, putting a big tarp on the hearth and surrounding floor and plastic over nearby furniture. Tarps were also spread on the roof. When the work was finished, everything was cleaned up, including vacuuming the area around the fireplace. Chris has a number of certifications regarding all aspects of fireplaces, flues, caps, dampers, etc. and can explain in understandable terms why things are done a certain way. He and his helper certainly know what they are doing and have obviously had experience doing it. A week or so before the actual work, a thorough inspection was done . . ."

I say this because he was the one among dozens of HVAC service providers who answered the call late last Tuesday night when our AC decided to go on strike on the eve of a day slated for a triple-digit heat index. Matt arrived at our house at around 2 a.m. on Wednesday morning after having completed a job 40 minutes away. He performed a thorough cleaning on the unit, replaced a weak capacitor, and charged it up with coolant, and voila - our aging system was running like a dream and bringing the house down from a temp in the low 80s to a much more livable temp in the low 70s in short order.
