We had to reschedule because of some poor planning on my part. David made sure to fit us in before Turkey Day so that the house was sparkling in time for guests. Going to schedule another one in December, and make it a regular occurrence. His team did an amazing job!

1st cleaning only was ok, each consecutive one was every time worse and worse until I finally decided to discontinue using Ana and her husband David. It took almost 8 months of asking for them to return my house keys. I had to put my foot down and finally give Ana an ultimatum with a deadline, or else I was going to take legal actions. I would never use them again, nor I recommend them either. Please keep your home safe, and shop for honest and quality service somewhere else. You will not find it with them.

I recall you discontinued our services due to illness detected to you this year, and due to that you will stay home and take care of your cleaning. It was never because you were not satisfied with our services. In your first review, we received excellent comments and 5 stars, which were erased with time. In regards to the key with did have a talk with you and told you we were going through some family difficulties due to COVID. I had mentioned you if it was okay for me to send it by mail due to us.
