When I first met with Jose, the Quality Decks of Colorado Springs owner, in mid-2019 he was very receptive to our ideas on what we wanted from reconstructing our deck. He listened and also offered ideas and input. When we finally agreed on the design of our deck and made our first down payment, we promptly changed our design plans to expand the scope of our deck to include a deck cover. We basically doubled the scope of the work. Jose took that in stride and worked with us in building our dream deck. He never said it canâ t be done. He offered ideas and suggestions and he clearly demonstrated his knowledge and experience. When we were finally ready to begin construction, he kept me regularly up to date on what to expect day to day and week to week. While weather slowed his team down, they were prompt and maintained a clean and safe work environment.
