"I just had my deck completed by Quality Decks. One of the things that attracted to me was the custom bar they put alongside the railing. Its made of the same composite decking material and its very sturdy and well done. It seems to be unique to them. They don't have a secretary, therefore, please be patient with them as I had to make sure to wrote down every detail discussed and reminded them of some things but what mattered most was the way they responded. They will make things right and Jose just wants to make you happy. Be sure you clarify the differences in composite decking colors- because some are warrantied differently and some are custom colors. The MAIN COLOR AND DECK I CHOSE WAS FIBERON SANCTUARY LATTE -40 yr WARRANTY- AND THE OUTLINE WAS FIBERON SANCTUARY ESPRESSO-ALSO 40 YEAR WARRANTY) The ENTIRE CREW was very friendly and they did a really good job. I highly recommend Jose, and his crew. (Jose, Alfredo and Carlos) Everything was done with a permit. I am very happy with the end result. "We had a challenging and highly technical 12x16 TREX deck re-leveling (repair) and refinish project that some other contractors declined to take on or quoted me absolutely ridiculous amounts. After moving a header board and re-leveling the joists, the TREX was completely removed and replaced with a new color scheme and new TREX railings with cocktail rail. After a miscommunication with a local TREX deck supply company resulting in a minor delay due to the unique color combination, the final product was worth the wait. Kyle B. from Marco Construction was as meticulous and detail-oriented as I would have been in ensuring that this deck was finished looking exactly how I envisioned it from the beginning. Only pictures do this project justice, but I cannot upload them to HomeAdvisor with this review. The actual construction time was very reasonable and much less than the month. The final cost was a little higher than the original quote, but not out of the question due to the additional framing, header, and deck board installs work required to build the deck as I envisioned it.
