I would give more than five stars if that was possible! The quality decks team did such a great job from start to finish. The crew was cordial and very professional. The deck was almost more than I had hoped for. The owner, Jose, worked with us closely from start to finish, keeping us informed and walking us through the choices we had regarding the deck! Highly recommended!

Jose and his crew did excellent work. Jose kept in contact throughout the project and did exactly what he said he would do. My wife and I are very pleased with our new deck! Additionally, he had a crew that painted our house and they did an excellent job as well!

Jośe at Quality Decks of Colorado, did an amazing job on our new camper-port! Working with Jośe was such a pleasure, start to finish. I just had my deck completed by Quality Decks. One of the things that attracted to me was the custom bar they put alongside the railing. Its made of the same composite decking material and its very sturdy and well done. It seems to be unique to them. They don't have a secretary, therefore, please be patient with them as I had to make sure to wrote down every detail discussed and reminded them of some things but what mattered most was the way they responded. They will make things right and Jose just wants to make you happy. Be sure you clarify the differences in composite decking colors- because some are warrantied differently and some are custom colors. The MAIN COLOR AND DECK I CHOSE WAS FIBERON SANCTUARY LATTE -40 yr WARRANTY- AND THE OUTLINE WAS FIBERON SANCTUARY ESPRESSO-ALSO 40 YEAR WARRANTY) The ENTIRE CREW was very friendly and they did a really good job. I highly recommend Jose, and his crew. (Jose, Alfredo and Carlos) Everything was done with a permit. I am very happy with the end result. Jose and the entire crew were great through the entire project. From design phase, Jose provided us with various options and was super responsive - often texting several design images shortly after minor changes. The tear-out of our old deck was fast and very clean. The install phase was great, although due to supply issues we had to change materials for the first choice of decking. We got a better product with a longer warranty. The attention to detail was fantastic, with Jose quickly fixing any issues we noticed. From painting the deck structure to touching up the stucco to better match - everything came out great. I wouldn't hesitate to use Quality Decks CS for any decking project.

We were very happy with the professional service and quality of the work. Price was as estimated and they met all expectations of what was proposed. We did have to do some touch up paint that they had promised to complete. That being said, we would not hesitate using them again and highly recommend Quality decks of Colorado Springs!

The team at Quality Decks did an excellent job adding a composite stair and railing system to our existing deck, painting and matching the colors and products! Clean, efficient, and precise work!

Jose and his team were great to work with. We needed several things done, including changing a window to a door, removing an old deck, and installing a brand new deck in a new location (the old deck used to be on the roof of the added sunroom). Jose was able to easily translate our needs into a project plan with a 3D model, and put us on the schedule. Jose and the crew started the project a few weeks earlier than anticipated, and wrapped everything up down to the final inspection in ~4 days. Everyone was respectful and hardworking, and did not let anything get in the way of the end goal. The final result was a high-quality deck with a bonus cocktail bar for when we want to eat outside. We love our new deck and door, and fully endorse Jose and Quality Decks for any complex deck issue you might have!
