Kyle called me very soon after my request and arranged an appointment to review the job. He showed up on time and quoted me a very reasonable price for the work I requested. He returned at the arranged day and hour to complete the job. He was courteous and competent.

Called me within a few minutes of putting my request out here! He does an excellent job! I actually paid him a little more than he asked because my place had not been cleaned in so long and was extremely dirty. He also did my porch (inside and out), deck and 100 ft walkway as well as my house. Not a speck of mold left even on the wood parts! I will have him back every 6 months going forward. Very polite and courteous as well.

Mr. Todd did a nice job pressure washing our home and drive. It was a project that was overdue. He took his time to make sure it was cleaned to our satisfaction. His prices were also much better than others. I would recommend him/his work to a friend.

The job was completed on a rainy day and many parts of the screened porch were not touched. The gutters still had many leaves and pine straws left in them. My pool was filled with the dirt pressured from the screen and roof. It took me four days to remove all the grime from it left by the pressure washing. My entry blocks were left with green mildew. I believe the rain influenced the work of this contractor.
