    I called this company for mold inspection and remediation on a single family home that I have a tenant in. It took a long time to schedule with them - they had to reschedule several times. Then the technician Erik called me three hours ahead of schedule and it wasn't until then that I learned there was a $400 charge for testing - but I agreed to it. Then Erik arrived 2 hours early at the house, and the tenant wasn't there yet. He then fabricated that there was a dispute between the tenant and I - while she was very concerned, there was no dispute - obviously, because he didn't want to wait until the agreed-upon time for the inspection. It has cost me 10 days waiting for this company to get to the house and then they can''t show up on time, make up problems, and bail. I am sorry I waited around for them.

    Team was quick to respond, efficient and professional. They tested for asbestos and maintained room separation during removal of drywall and partial floor and ceiling. Everything was covered and the work was minimally in impact to the house. The dry fogging was done on the last of two days and was the only time I needed to be away. Very reasonable price and excellent service. I highly recommend PNB Mold Control. Richard E.

    We appreciated the responsiveness and professionalism of PNW Mold Control. They did the less expensive fogging method in our attic. Tests were done by an inspector after the work was completed when we were in the process of selling the house which came back negative for mold. Very satisfied!
