So their response is they did not tell me the mold would change color. Your worker told me that, not once but twice. Wow!

I feel bad that Jeff B. had a poor experience with our company and process. I also feel bad for the miscommunication that might have taken place. We would not have told Jeff that the mold changes color to determine whether the mold is alive or dead. Our process guarantees to kill the mold that is on the surface, as well as spores that are in the air. A follow up air test and tape test will and did reveal that the remnants of any mold that might be on surfaces are completely inert. The mycotoxin is completely dead. What you are looking at is nothing more than dirt. Our process does not require the removal of walls, ceilings and boards that haven't been compromised strength-wise due to long exposure to water and or some types of mold. That is why we are a less expensive option as Jeff realized. If Jeff would hire another firm to come in and test his attic, he would find that his attic is at a level that is healthy. Once again, I feel bad that Jeff feels the way that he does, even after attempts to remedy the situation were disregarded by him.
