I was very pleased with the work performed by Robert. He was prompt, punctual, courteous, and very professional. He took the time to thoroughly educate me on mold, mildew, and spores. I was very stressed out because I had been displaced from my home due to mold. Robert was very patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and thorough. He takes a lot of pride in his performance and offers only excellence in his work. What I found fascinating is the new non-invasive state of the art technology that Pure Environment uses. They only do mold testing, not asbestos, which is what I first wanted so there was initially some miscommunication and delay in getting test results.. But overall very good.
