Great customer service and the entire team was very responsive. The entire treatment on on the high end but was able to claim damage on homeowners insurance.

We had a water emergency in late 2019 with mold remediation needed. The service provided by James Allenbach, at Pure Environment, went totally above and beyond the 'norm'. He came to our need while on the way to a family event and kept in almost daily contact with us as we had difficulty with a local plumbing company. The process was drug out far beyond reasonable and James provided a level of service that made us feel like "family". Though I am belated in making this reference, I DO highly recommend that you consider Purenvironent to take care of mold problems. There was no mess to clean up, no destruction of our home in removing the mold and we received a lab report confirming that there was no Evil Mold in the treated area. I know that we will use them again, in the future. After all, We Do live in 'Mold Central'. Thank you again, James and Pure Environment.

I have a very small rental house and not a lot of money for up keep. Renter neglected to call me about mold in the bathroom and the fan not working since she moved in. I thought I could have PE come and let me know if the mold was toxic, but that isn't positive, and wastes their time. They asked if they could give me an estimate, instead of thousands of dollars they infected the whole house including the rafters. I thought I would have to repaint after but their fog actually made the mold stains disappear, saving me tons of time. Oh also, they installed the new bathroom fan too! I am so happy they came out and it only took 3 hours!
