Donny came out and completed my inspection. He was great! I reached out a few.times and he made me feel very comfortable in knowing my issue would be resolved. My only concern was how far out their office is able to get technicians out to begin work. I was initially given a date two weeks out. Luckily, I called again at a time when another client cancelled and was able to get an earlier appointment. Jeff, the service technician, came out yesterday to install a one way trap to allow the squirrel to escape but not return. Jeff was knowledgeable and just as personable. Very happy to have selected Pure Defense!

Exclusion has been done, traps set. The company responded very quickly to our needs. The sales rep explained that this is a long process that could take several days to a few weeks for all the rodents to be removed.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
