Did not take appropriate action to avoid getting fibreglass pieces all over the house and in the air. They did not clean up very well, so I had to even go out and vacuum the garage and driveway afterwards. I checked to attic the next day and there are high and low spots and the insulation is not compact so not sure how much good it is going to do. The installers banged their ladder into the wall a couple of times which left black marks on our walls. Installers got an **attitude** when I said I was paying by credit card and would call in. The office staff was very pleasant when I called to pay.

Bob- My apologies for our lack of attention to the important details, this is not how we try to represent and perform. I would be happy to come out and inspect your attic and make sure you received a good coverage with the insulation. I certainly don't want you to pay for something not done correctly. Please give us an opportunity to redeem ourselves. In today's environment, credit card payments are the best way to complete the transaction, I am sorry you caught some 'attitude' about that. Protective Barriers were AWESOME. I put them on project hold for months due to life getting in the way and they were patient throughout this period. When I was ready, they were ready! THAT was fantastic and on the day of the work, they were prompt, informative, friendly and courteous to my home. FROM THE START THE ESTAMATOR (DAVE) TO THE TWO INSTALLERS WERE VERY NICE CLEANED EVERYTHING UP HAD TO TELL THEM TO STOP IRMA TOOK OUR TREES NO SHADE ON HOUSE AT ALL THIS STUFF REALLY WORKS CAN ACTUALLY TELL A DIFFERANCE CAN'T ASK FOR ANYTHING MORE FROM A COMPANY
