I had an old roof that starting leaking (again) during our late May rains. I called IM Roofing for emergency repair and a replacement quote. Mike promptly setup an estimate appt and he showed up on time that day. He patched the roof the following day and sent me a reasonable quote for a replacement. They just completed the job today (about 3 weeks later) and it looks great. They tore off all old roofing including the old skylight and replaced a vent for my range hood. All joints were well sealed and the roof looks great. They put down a layer of fiberglass underlayment and then the bitumen torch down roofing. They replaced all facad shingles as well. Finished in a day and a half. Very professional and a high quality job. Highly recommended.

Mike Im was prompt, friendly and open regarding his evaluation of the state of the roof of a small addition. His bid was well below the others. Mike s crew worked fast and as quietly as one could hope. The result was excellent --I see it every time that I go the kitchen sink. Mike promised to return to give me another consultation after we finish repair on a wall adjacent to the section of roof that he overlaid. He said that he did not want to let go of the job until he knows that both areas are secured from water damage. We found this very reassuring and legally above and beyond his responsibility.
