So I was concerned about using a company that had only 1 review on Yelp. I got several estimates to cut back 2 Ficus trees and Ramon came on time, and gave me a reasonable estimate (better than the other 4 companies). He even said he would trim back my liquid amber tree for no cost. He asked for the job immediately. I told him let me check with my wife. I found him through Home Advisor initially, and he had 17 positive reviews. I agreed to use him, and he came on time, had excellent communication, and did a great job. Cleaned up afterwards, and always was so pleasant and smiling (even at the end of the hard work day). I paid him for the excellent service, gave him 3 bottles of water for his crew, and then he left. When my wife came home, we realized there were a couple of nubs that we still wanted cut off, so I got in touch with him, and he came back 2 days later, and took care of it. He is such a nice guy, that when I handed him extra money for the time he took on a Friday to come back, he was apprehensive about taking it. I told him go out for a nice dinner, and I appreciate on a Friday afternoon (we all know what traffic is like), coming back and doing such a fine job. He is a gentleman, and a really nice person. I am not related to him, nor did I know him before this job, but I would definitely recommend him and use him again. Thank you, Ramon!

Ramon Gave me a "and the next day came in and did the work! Him and his crew work very carefully while removing different sections of a huge ash tree! I am completely happy with quality and care of their work!!

Wow, I was so impressed with the quality and quantity of work performed by the crew. I was a bit apprehensive due to my using "craigslist" vendors in the past that ended up hacking the trees and shrubs. Progressive definitely knows what they are doing and far out performed my expectations. I will ALWAYS call Progressive for all future tree and shrub work. In fact I plan on calling them again in the next few weeks for another project.
