"I hired HandyCrew Services to do a "laundry list" of jobs around my condo. The jobs included installing light fixtures, installing a bathroom faucet, installing a bathroom fan, texturing and painting my kitchen ceiling, re-painting my security door to name just a few. These are jobs I've been wanting to get done and have sort of put off because of finances. I got the finances together - along with figuring out exactly what I wanted - and began looking for a handyman service. I selected HandyCrew Services because they do have licenses, their staff is very professional, they returned with a written estimate of each job broken down almost immediately - within 4 hours of the estimator coming to my home. Pricewise, they came well within the range I had expected. The crew arrived on time and prepared to work. The bathroom fan was installed by 2 men who did a fabulous job! The fan was installed quickly and works beautifully. They placed plastic sheeting around the entire bathroom, took all their trash with them, and left the bathroom clean, neat and organized. Gustavo did all of the other jobs himself, and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He did these jobs over 2 days, and worked efficiently and quickly. Yet, Gustavo was also thorough with each job he worked. When he finished he cleaned up the area and left the area looking clean. All of the members on this crew were respectful of my possessions and were careful not to cause a situation that would place my possessions in jeopardy. I would most definitely utilize this company again, and will feel comfortable referring them to any friends or neighbors who might be looking for handyman services. I really cannot speak highly enough about this company!"

"I highly recommend Talavera Painting and George. I hired him to paint my kitchen cabinets, laundry room cabinets, and master bathroom cabinets, and I?m very happy with the results. I had gotten several estimates from other companies, and most of them were about three weeks out just to start, plus another three weeks to complete the job because they were only sending two workers. George was able to start within about two weeks, and what really stood out was his process. Instead of having my home torn apart for three weeks, he removed all the cabinet doors and drawers and painted them at his shop. Then he came back, painted the cabinet boxes, moldings, and everything else on-site, and reinstalled everything. He sent a crew of four guys and finished all three rooms in about five days. "I thought George and his crew did an excellent job in painting the house. In the beginning he said it would take 3-4 days and it came in at three. He told me in detail how he does his painting jobs and what I needed to do to prepare. He began with a complete washdown of the house. Then all windows and non painted surfaces were completely masked. Places where the stucco was pealing and cracked were repaired. There were places where the wood parts of the house were damaged, and these were patched and repaired . Several times he walked me thru the site and showed me his progress. At the end of the job we walked the perimeter of the house, and George showed me what he did and answered any questions that I had. Cleanup afterwards was thorough. It was a really good job. I don't know if this review is expected to cover the roofing job that George also did for me, so I'm going to discuss that also. Because of the circumstances of this house, we decided to do a patching job of the roof rather than a complete whole new roof. George determined that there were four areas requiring patches including patches to the subroofing wood. He said it would take a day, which it did. The crew removed the faulty subroof wood and replaced it with new wood. He had already painted the wood, with paint from the prior house painting job. The wood then was covered with the standard roofing materials. The rim that was removed that wraps over the facial wood was replaced. In one area a piece of the facial board had to be replaced and repainted. The whole roof was then painted with a sealant that should extend the life of the roof for several years. All in all an excellent job."

"This was a very professional company. We hired them to repaint and refinish our kitchen cabinets. The crew did a fantastic job!. Every day there was a supervisor to check on the status of the job and to keep us updated. The crew was very clean and protected the surrounding walls and floors. The other areas of the house were taped off from the kitchen to prevent any dust from spreading. They worked hard and did a professional job! Would rehire them in a heartbeat. You will not be disappointed."

Rigo, the painter in charge was assisted by his two brothers, Victor & Luis, then ending with one brother, Victor the last two days. Rigo's team was prompt, was exceptional in providing progress reports and visibility. Finished well on time. Would want this team if further work elsewhere is needed."
