Ramon and his crew arrived in a timely fashion. They got to work immediately removing a 35 ft. Eugenia tree. They topped and trimmed two others, as well as removing a small tree and bougainvillea bush. The trimming far exceeded my expectations. I had explicitly asked not to trim too much as to leave privacy. The crew finished at least an hour earlier than expectation and the site was cleaned as much as could be expected. I was very happy with their work and would rehire them. The estimate given was very good and there was no changes.

The three men who cut our large tree down and ground out the stump and cleaned everything up were fast and very professional and they even came earlier then appointment scheduled and that was also great. I would recommend them to anyone I know who needs work done. Absalutely! If we ever need anymore work done we will surely call them again. Thank you Ramone and workers. Larry Roberts of SanJacinto

Excellent service. Ramon and his assistant removed two palm trees including going 12 inches below the ground level. They are fast, efficient and cleaned the area well. Our neighbor viewed their work and hired them on the spot.

I received a total of 5 calls from a Ramon Zepeda without any messages being left. I had NO IDEA that Ramon Zepeda was with Progressive Tree Care until I was able to match the telephone number with the one provided by HomeAdvisor. My next Statement of work will specify that callers leave a message, UNLESS they want to be IGNORED. I have NO idea if any of the other Contractors tried to call me for the VERY same reason - NO messages left. Hence they too were consequently IGNORED. I also checked the CA State license number on Progressive Tree Care's Business card to find out that the Company has NO Insurance because they have NO employees. YET, when a Company truck (complete with company decal on truck passenger side door) with trailer and stump grinder and three workers showed up to start the job, I knew that the CA State license report for the license number was FALSE, and my home insurance was at risk for covering Progressive Tree Care's lack of insurance - not good and HomeAdvisor should do some background checks BEFORE allowing the Statement of Work to be broadcast to a Contractor. OR let it be known that such limitations exist! The job was supposed to start at 7am, but did not until 8:30am and I lost 1.5 hours waiting!

The project went great! Progressive did such a great job removing 5 palm trees and stump grinding. Thad I hired them again to trim 10 overgrown eucalyptus trees that were entangled in the low voltage power lines. They showed up on time, and they finished the project earlier than expected. Final projects turned out great
