I hired this company to remove a squirrel from my attic. Like other reviews have stated, Louis Jr. was always professional and friendly. Louis Sr. on the other hand, is disrespectful and has no professionalism or integrity. He sent me a picture of the work that needed repair on my roof. He told me of all the years of his ?professional experience ? as a roofer. When he did the repair, he said it wasn?t a roof repair, it was a gutter repair, which was NOT what he initially told me. When I asked for pictures of the work done for insurance purposes, he said he would, via text and straight to my face. He never sent the pictures. I followed up several times asking for the pictures to be sent, very politely. After being ignored for a week, I texted and left a follow up voicemail, simply asking what was promised to me. He literally sent me a text response telling me ?he did not like my text, and never to call him for any services again. The nerve!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Beware!

I hired this company because via phone they seemed to be very personable and professional. Louie Jr. Was respectfully and apologetic on the phone of his father Louie SR. rude and dismissive not to mention unprofessional behavior. Louie SR stopped responding. He set appointment that he did not show up for and ultimately left a cage on my roof and did not follow up with any work. He took my cash and moved on as if he did a favor for a friend . I was a paying customer and took them at their word but it did not mean a thing. I had to hire another company to complete the task. I am a person that loves to pass around people's names when they do a great job. I would never use this company again and hope that they never treat anyone else in such a disrespectful manner while conducting business. Totally disgusted by this company's performance and customer service. Do yourself a favor and choose another company.
