We initially needed to have our water heater moved in a newly purchased home because the existing installation was not code compliant. In the process, it became apparent that the old water heater was on its last legs and replacement was the best way to go. The Pro-Plumbing Works plumber quickly located a suitable replacement and gave us a very competitive price. Even with the change in service, requiring a trip out to pick up the new water heater, the job was still completed within the original timeframe, and the work is outstanding!

I used Home Advisor and Yelp to pick a professional. I previously got an estimate from a big local plumbing service. Pro-Plumbing Works provided the same Rheem but at a much better price. The water heater and a recirculation system was installed and a better warranty was provided. I'm glad I called around first because now I know Home Advisor provided me what I wanted, great service at the best price!

Fast Friendly and Great Value. Late at night our dishwasher intake line broke and flooded our Kitchen. I gave Pro Plumbing Works a call and they came first thing in the morning and found the issue, fixed it and educated me on what they were doing. Very satisfied with this companies professional service and would highly recommend.

I'm glad you gave us a Good rating for our customer service, but for the Value Rating, I would like to explain something. Your water heater is a power vent heater, which is a much more expensive than a standard atmospheric vented heater. The home builders will install these sometimes to avoid another penetration through the roof. That being said, our price was a little more expensive than what we had thought at first, but it was agreed upon by all of us before we started. In fact, we absorbed some of the extra cost & made less than most of our installations. In the end, you really got a great deal. Thank you for your patronage.

Installed new water heater and replaced or removed old obsolete pipes. Repaired holes in wall. Fixed Water heater drain. Nice job.

Extremely professional. Took care of the requested issues, cleaned up wonderfully after they were finished, and clearly described issues that should be fixed in the future. Our house was a "fixer-upper" to begin with, so we were aware that more work would be needed in the future. They were extremely descriptive, and not at all pushy in regards to the future work needed on the house. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the area that needs plumbing work done!
