Chuck replaced my rusty old hot water heater with a lovely shiny new one, during the holidays, in the rain! He was friendly and dedicated to the task despite the terrible weather. I'm grateful for his knowledge and professionalism. I'll use Pro-Plumbing Works, LLC for all my future plumbing needs. A great deal and a great guy!

I would highly recommend Pro-Plumbing Works. Chuck Burns was incredibly reliable, honest, and could not have been nicer to work with. In fact, he and his assistant came immediately and installed a new hot water heater so quickly; I still cannot believe such outstanding service. For future needs, he will be our plumbing specialist.

A little late showing up but installation went without a hitch.

After 16 years it was time to replace my hot water heater. Pro Plumbing Works was very professional. They were timely and did an excellent Job in a very reasonable time period. Chuck is highly professional, knowledgeable and accomodating. Of the plumbers we received quotes from, he came in at a very reasonable price and honored that price. Above all, he made me and my mother whose in her 80s feel comfortable and talked us through every step of the process. Victor, the technician did a great job, worked efficiently and cleaned up meticulously. We had a new water heater, new valves replaced where needed and a new back flow preventer all installed in a day. Chuck stayed on top of the work and was in contact throughout the process. My mother is very pleased with the work and we would absolutely use Pro-plumbing again.
