For the condo I've just very recently bought in Florida, I needed to have the 12 year old water heater replaced. Chuck the owner is very well organized and active in dealing with customers. He and his technician did exceed all my expectations and I am not lying. I also noticed he treats his employees fairly. I do care so I liked that. The Job was simply perfectly done! The technician I had two days ago was simply wonderful! Victor knew what he was doing. No guessing at all! The builder had made a mistake: the door width was smaller than the water heater tank. No problem! Victor was ready and well equipped: he removed the framing on the wall and then replaced back with minimal damage! What an artist! Basically, I only have to say good things about this company. For, people who are not handy: this company is great! You can trust them!

They do excellent work, but are hard to reach on the phone. They have voice mail instead of a live person, and they may not get back to you for a long time.

We are happy that you appreciate our good service. I am the owner and I do take all phone calls, but at times I am busy either working or helping someone else out on the phone. I'm sure you agree it's nice to speak to an owner even though he may be busy at times rather than speaking to a secretary that doesn't have a clue about plumbing. I'm sorry that we were not as responsive as we could have been but we are having some growing pains. We are trying to keep up with all the customers that want us to come back and do more work along with the new ones that hear about us.
